Where do you ship to?
We are shipping worldwide, if location is not available for selection on the website or checkout, you may order via Instagram DM @bleauwstudio or email us at contact@bleauwstudio.com
When will I receive my orders?
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.
The processed orders are sent to our logistics partners. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is shipped.
Depending on the location, the delivery duration will vary from 3 - 7 days upon processing
How much are the International shipping cost?
The cost of international shipping is calculated and displayed during the checkout process, as it varies depending on your location.
Kindly note that orders shipped internationally may incur import taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For detailed information, please consult your local customs office.
For the time being, our current shipping operations are based in Indonesia.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached within 7 days of delivery date.
Final sale items, such as items purchased during sale events, are not eligible for return.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently DO NOT offer refunds for all orders. However, exchanges are welcome and we encourage you to check all of the necessary information with us before purchase.
